Josh Shirley was born and raised in Pitman, NJ and has been in the landscape business since the early 90s. Starting his career as the local lawn boy, his passion for creativity and design grew to pursue his endeavors in the industry professionally. While studying business, he was given the opportunity through hard work and persistence to advance into ownership. In 2015, Prince Property Management emerged.
Josh prides himself on immediate attention to customers, creativity, and 'the details'. It is with all that, Josh has been able put his knowledge, experience, and training into developing the company. While working in the industry on the rise to ownership, he continued his hands-on education with training seminars for designs, the latest building techniques, water conservation, and job safety. He has obtained multiple licenses and certifications such as: (icpi, ncma, pesticides, osha, leed).
He enjoys his job more with every season. He enjoys even more, seeing the satisfied look on a customer’s face when their project is finished. While Josh enjoys being outside, you may often find him riding bikes or chasing his beautiful daughters around at the park which is what he enjoys most.
